Dr. Wes Prepchuk
General Dentist
Dr. Wes Prepchuk was born in Edmonton but grew up mostly in the Calgary area. He made the trek over to Sydney, Australia in 2005, accompanied by his wife and two little boys. Since then, they’ve added two more children to their family, including a little girl.
Dr. Prepchuk holds bachelor degrees in Biochemistry from the University of Lethbridge, Canada and in Dentistry from the University of Sydney, Australia.
He believes in the importance of offering a complete range of services to his patients and has yet to discover an aspect of dentistry that he doesn’t enjoy. He loves the interaction with people, the intricately detailed work, and the active learning environment that dentistry provides.
After 14 years of practicing dentistry in Australia, he and his now-grown family have moved back home to Calgary to settle, trading the sunny beaches and kangaroos of Australia for the snowy mountains and grizzly bears of Canada.
Dr. Yogesh Thacker
General Dentist
Dr. Yogesh Thacker attended dental school at Saurashtra University, India where he earned a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2008. Within a year of his graduation, he started his own dental practice and served his local community for nine years. Seeking to broaden his expertise, he relocated to Canada and successfully completed the NDEB Canada equivalency process, earning registration as a general dentist.
Dr. Thacker is dedicated to collaborative patient care, emphasizing knowledge-sharing and educating individuals about their oral health. Proficient in all facets of general dentistry across various age groups, he remains committed to staying updated on the latest techniques and materials to deliver exceptional dental care and ensure a comfortable experience for all patients.
Dr. Thacker can fluently communicate in English, Hindi, Gujarati and Sindhi & understands Punjabi. After the office, he finds joy in spending time with his wife and two young boys, travelling and watching movies.
Amber
Dental Hygienist
Amber has worked with Dr. Drosu since 2008, one of the longest members of the team aside from the doctor herself!
While she’s called Calgary home for the last 14 years, Amber’s originally from the beautiful mountains of British Columbia. It’s no surprise that she loves camping, hiking, and swimming when she’s not helping patients of course.

I was born and raised in Eritrea before moving to Canada to pursue a career in dental hygiene. I graduated from Durham College’s Dental hygiene program in Ontario. Passionate about preventive care, I enjoy educating patients on the importance of oral health and helping them achieve healthier smiles. I strive to create a comfortable and positive experience for every patient through a gentle and informative approach.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new spots in the city, trying new restaurants and coffee shops, and spending quality time with family and friends.
